We Do It For You
Managed back-office operations and hands-on administrative support.
About The Capri Collective
The Capri Collective brings together experienced healthcare executives, clinical leaders, operators, revenue cycle specialists, and administrative professionals to solve the challenges behind running a healthcare business. We don’t just advise. We build, manage, implement, and teach.
Let's Talk
The story behind Capri
Inspired by the island of Capri and its places reached only by sea, our firm reflects a simple belief: experienced executive-level expertise should open doors, not create barriers.
ABA is our flagship specialty. We also serve behavioral healthcare and other healthcare organizations, shaping each engagement around confirmed expertise, organizational needs and agreed scope.
Operator-led expertise
We’ve built operational departments, led cross-functional teams, supported growth, implemented technology, and navigated the complexities of reimbursement, staffing, and day-to-day healthcare operations.
We understand the difference between a recommendation that sounds good in a presentation and a process that works when Monday morning arrives.
Centralized administrative models, departments and the SOPs that keep them consistent.
Administrative, operational and executive teams through expansion and change.
Payers, audits, staffing shortages and system transitions—from the inside.
Why a collective
Healthcare operations don’t exist in silos. A billing problem may begin with intake. A scheduling challenge may be rooted in staffing. A credentialing delay can affect revenue, hiring, and access to care.
We bring together complementary expertise to address problems as interconnected parts of a business—not isolated tasks.
How we work
Managed back-office operations and hands-on administrative support.
Implementation, consulting, process improvement, and collaborative problem-solving.
SOPs, staff training, coaching, and knowledge transfer.
No gatekeeping. No black boxes.
Our leadership
The Capri Collective combines executive-level perspective with specialized operational expertise. Our work is guided by leaders who understand the complexities of building, scaling, and sustaining healthcare organizations.

Founder & Principal
Alexandrya Rodriguez is a healthcare operations executive whose leadership experience spans ABA division presidency, chief administrative leadership, multi-site operations, and organizational transformation.
Throughout her career, she has helped healthcare organizations strengthen operational infrastructure, improve revenue cycle performance, streamline administrative functions, and navigate periods of growth and change.
Her experience encompasses revenue cycle management, payer operations, intake and authorizations, workforce infrastructure, practice-management technology, and executive operational strategy.
She founded The Capri Collective to bring executive-level leadership and specialized operational support to organizations seeking greater clarity, efficiency, and sustainable growth.
Alexandrya Rodriguez's career in behavioral healthcare began at just 17 years old. In 2026, she marks twenty years in the field—a career defined by executive leadership, operational innovation, and an enduring commitment to the people and communities healthcare organizations exist to serve.
Having served as both Chief Administrative Officer and Division President, Alexandrya brings extensive experience leading organizations through multi-state expansion, organizational restructuring, regulatory complexity, and periods of significant transformation. Her expertise spans the full spectrum of healthcare business operations, including revenue cycle management, payer relations, workforce strategy, human resources, credentialing, intake, authorizations, compliance, enterprise technology, and organizational performance.
Among her most significant contributions is her work designing, building, and implementing some of the early centralized operational models known as Operations Nerve Centers. These models reimagined traditionally fragmented administrative functions as coordinated, scalable systems—helping behavioral healthcare organizations strengthen operational infrastructure and support growth across locations and markets. Similar centralized approaches have since become increasingly common among major behavioral healthcare organizations.
Yet for Alexandrya, operational excellence has never been solely about efficiency, performance metrics, or growth.
Having spent her entire professional life in behavioral healthcare, she understands that behind every organization is a purpose—and behind every operational decision are people. The families waiting for services. The clinicians working to deliver them. The leaders carrying the responsibility of keeping it all moving.
At The Capri Collective, we don't simply support the organizations we work with. We see the people behind them, understand the purpose that drives them, and share in that purpose.
This perspective shapes the firm's approach to every engagement. Operational challenges rarely exist in isolation, and meaningful solutions require more than addressing symptoms. They require understanding the organization as a whole, bringing the right expertise to the work, and building systems that serve both the business and the people who depend on it.
Alexandrya founded The Capri Collective on the belief that sophisticated executive guidance and specialized operational expertise should be accessible to organizations doing meaningful work.
Because when healthcare organizations operate better, they're better positioned to serve the people who need them.
The people behind the work
Meaningful operational improvement takes more than one perspective. The Capri Collective brings together specialized expertise across revenue cycle management, credentialing, authorizations, intake, workforce operations, technology implementation, and executive advisory services.
We assemble the right capabilities around each engagement, connecting strategy with the people and processes needed to execute it.
