Direct hours = clients × weekly hours × weeks × (1 − cancellations). Protocol hours = delivered direct hours × protocol % × eligible billable %. Caregiver hours = clients × weekly caregiver hours × weeks × (1 − cancellations). Charges = service hours × rates; collections = charges × collection %. Paid RBT hours = direct billable hours × paid-hours %. RBT costs = paid hours × wage × (1 + burden %) + benefits. Profit = collections − RBT costs − total BCBA compensation − other recurring expenses. Margin = profit ÷ collections.

Educational planning estimates, not financial, tax, coding or clinical advice. Projections depend on payer mix, ZIP code, contracts, credentials, authorizations, staffing, cancellations, collections and overhead. No guaranteed revenue, profitability, referrals or personal earnings. Operating profit is not personal take-home pay; personal taxes, debt service and unentered costs are excluded. Startup costs are separate from recurring expenses. Not all supervision is a reimbursable protocol-modification service; payer rules and actual authorized, delivered, documented services govern billing. Medicaid is not necessarily the lowest-paying payer. Inputs and PDF stay in your browser; only a separate inquiry or rate request is saved.
