THE CAPRI COLLECTIVEOPERATIONS PARTNERS

For independent BCBAs & ABA practice owners

Your own ABA practice. Without having to figure out the business side alone.

You've spent years learning how to deliver quality care. But opening your own practice comes with an entirely different set of challenges.

Credentialing, insurance contracts, billing, authorizations, technology, intake, hiring, and everything in between.

The Capri Collective brings experienced ABA operations professionals together to help you establish, manage, and grow a practice that works for you.

You lead the clinical care. We help build the business behind it.

Independent by design. Supported by experience.

Where are you in your journey?

There's more than one way to build your own practice.

Maybe you're ready to leave employment and see a few families independently. Maybe you've already started but the administrative work is taking over. Or maybe you're ready to build a team.

Wherever you are, we can help you figure out the next step.

What goes into starting an ABA practice?

Opening your practice is more than getting an NPI.

There's a lot that happens between deciding to go independent and welcoming your first client. We help you organize the pieces so you don't have to navigate them alone.

Not every service is included in every engagement. Availability, scope, and implementation depend on the practice's needs and operating environment.

Credibility & differentiation

We've been behind the scenes of ABA operations. We know what it takes.

Capri is a team-based firm, not a solo consultant. Our team brings experience across:
  • Multi-site ABA leadership
  • Practice operations
  • Revenue cycle management
  • Credentialing and payer relations
  • Intake and authorizations
  • Scheduling and workforce operations
  • EHR implementation
  • Financial and operational reporting
  • Organizational growth and restructuring

We've worked through the challenges that don't always make it into a business plan: delayed authorizations, unpaid claims, staffing gaps, scheduling breakdowns, payer requirements, and administrative systems that don't work together.

We understand what happens between a family calling for services and a practice actually getting paid.

That's the experience we bring to the table.

Practice technology

Your practice. Your choice of support.

ABA Engine provides practice-management software. The Capri Collective provides operational consulting, implementation, and separately contracted back-office services.

The two companies are separate businesses. Neither owns the other. ABA Engine software is contracted and billed directly through ABA Engine, and Capri services are contracted and billed separately — purchasing one does not automatically include the other.

Visitors with an existing EHR may retain their system, subject to compatibility with the requested services. ABA Engine is never mandatory for working with Capri.

Bring Your Existing Platform

Keep your current technology and engage Capri for the agreed operational support.

ABA Engine and The Capri Collective are separate businesses. They have not merged, and neither owns the other. The companies have agreed to collaborate; final commercial terms are confirmed before any engagement.
