Who this is for

Credentialing support, or something different?

This may be right for you if:

  • You're opening your first independent ABA practice.
  • You need individual or organizational credentialing.
  • You're establishing your own payer relationships.
  • You need help with CAQH and enrollment applications.
  • You're adding clinicians to your practice.
  • You're tired of tracking payer applications yourself.

What credentialing support includes

Organized from application to effective date.

01

NPI Guidance & Registration Support

Help understanding whether you need an individual or organizational NPI and coordinating the registration steps that apply to you.

02

CAQH Setup & Profile Maintenance

Setting up your CAQH ProView profile, organizing your documentation, and keeping re-attestations on track.

03

Payer Application Preparation & Submission

Preparing complete, consistent applications for the payers relevant to your practice and submitting them as required.

04

Payer Follow-Up & Application Tracking

Monitoring application status, responding to payer requests, and keeping a clear view of where each enrollment stands.

05

Contracting & Effective-Date Coordination

Coordinating the contracting paperwork that follows approval and helping you track effective dates as payers confirm them.

06

Recredentialing Planning & Deadline Tracking

Planning for recredentialing cycles and CAQH re-attestations so nothing lapses on a calendar you have to remember alone.

Individual provider credentialing and group enrollment/contracting are different processes. We help you understand which applies to your situation and coordinate accordingly.

PECOS enrollment applies only in certain provider, payer, and enrollment-type combinations (for example, Medicare enrollment). We confirm whether it applies to you before including it — it is not universally required for ABA credentialing.

How credentialing works

Five steps from paperwork to participation.

  1. 01

Review your practice and enrollment goals.

We start with your state, services, and the payers you want to work with.

  2. 02

Identify the payers and enrollment requirements.

We map which applications, credentials, and documents each payer requires.

  3. 03

    Organize and prepare your documentation.

We help assemble consistent, complete materials — including your CAQH profile.

  4. 04

Submit eligible applications and monitor progress.

Applications go in, and we track them through each payer’s review process.

  5. 05

Coordinate follow-up and confirm enrollment details.

As payers respond, we help coordinate follow-up, contracting, and effective dates.

Credentialing timelines and network participation decisions are controlled by individual payers. Capri does not guarantee payer approval, contracting, reimbursement rates, or specific completion dates.
