One coordinated solution for your technology and back-office operations.
ABA Engine provides the practice-management platform. Capri provides the people, processes, implementation, training, and managed operational support.
The technology to run your practice. The team to help it thrive. Capri is an approved implementation and managed-services partner of ABA Engine; ABA Engine bills its software subscription directly, and Capri contracts separately for its services.
Two specialized partners. One coordinated experience.
The technology
The technology behind your practice.
ABA Engine is an independent practice-management software provider. It licenses the platform, maintains the software and supports the technology. Specific features are described by ABA Engine; Capri lists capabilities publicly only after verifying them.
Get the strategic guidance, implementation support, and operational expertise to help your organization put effective systems and processes into practice.
ABA Engine is an independent software company; The Capri Collective is an independent operational consulting firm. The two companies offer complementary capabilities through their partnership, and clients may engage Capri independently of ABA Engine.
The problem we solve
A platform alone doesn’t run your practice.
Even capable software can become frustrating when a team doesn’t know how to use it, workflows aren’t configured around the business, or staff keep returning to spreadsheets and manual workarounds. Capri helps bridge the gap between having technology and actually using it effectively.
Too Many Workarounds
Build clearer workflows and reduce unnecessary manual tracking.
Software Your Team Doesn’t Fully Use
Support implementation, onboarding, and practical training.
Disconnected Administrative Functions
Coordinate intake, authorizations, scheduling, and billing workflows.
No One Owns the Process
Establish responsibilities, SOPs, and ongoing operational support.
Three ways to work with us
Start where your practice is today.
Option 1 · I Already Have a Platform
Keep your existing software. Get the operational support you need.
For practices that already use a system and need help with billing, credentialing, intake, authorizations, scheduling, SOPs, or back-office operations. Capri evaluates your existing workflows and scopes support according to the tools and access available.
For BCBAs and founders seeking startup planning, credentialing, administrative workflows, practice-management technology, training, and ongoing support. ABA Engine is available as an optional technology component.
These are starting points, not rigid packages. Service scope is determined through consultation.

Questions
Billing, choice and how the partnership works.
Do I pay Capri or ABA Engine for the software?
ABA Engine bills your practice directly for its software subscription. Capri’s implementation, consulting, and managed operational services are scoped and billed separately under your agreement with Capri.
Can I use Capri without ABA Engine?
Yes. Many practices keep their existing platform. Capri evaluates whether it can support your current environment and scopes services around the tools and access available.
Can I subscribe to ABA Engine without using Capri’s managed services?
Yes. ABA Engine is an independent company; its subscription is a direct agreement between your practice and ABA Engine.
Can Capri help if I already use another practice-management system?
Often, yes. Capri provides workflow, training, back-office and reporting support within compatible systems. We confirm fit before scoping an engagement.
Who handles software onboarding and staff training?
ABA Engine is responsible for its platform, technical support and software maintenance. Capri provides administrative implementation, workflow design and staff training on the operational processes around the platform, within the agreed scope.
Can Capri manage billing, intake, authorizations, and scheduling?
Yes, where contracted. Capri can manage selected administrative functions individually or together, depending on your needs and the agreed scope.
Is the combined offering appropriate for a solo BCBA?
It can be. Solo BCBAs and small practices often need a right-sized setup. We’ll talk through your caseload, goals and budget before recommending anything.
Can I add services as my practice grows?
Yes. Engagements are custom-scoped, so services can be added or adjusted as your practice changes, subject to a revised written agreement.
Who bills me for the software?
ABA Engine. Capri does not resell or bill for the ABA Engine subscription.
What happens if I decide to change software or discontinue services?
Your ABA Engine subscription and your Capri services are separate agreements, each governed by its own terms. Data access, transitions and termination follow those agreements; we’ll review them with you before you commit.
