Practices adding insurance panels or locations

04

Organizations formalizing administrative operations

Capri provides operational, administrative and executive support—not direct clinical treatment, supervision or clinical decision-making.

The operational challenges

The details that make running your practice complex.

Mental Health Counseling organizations need processes that fit their providers, service patterns and administrative requirements—not another disconnected workaround.

Staff onboarding and EHR adoption

New counselors and administrators need role-specific training, clear SOPs and a consistent approach to intake, scheduling and billing handoffs.

Credentialing and payer enrollment

Payer applications and recredentialing require tracking and follow-through that solo practices rarely have time for.

Claims and denials

Denied claims and aging receivables quietly erode revenue when no one owns the follow-up.

Client intake

First-contact experiences shape retention; inconsistent intake processes cost both clients and clinician time.

Scheduling friction

Cancellations, no-shows, and uneven clinician utilization strain both access and revenue.

Group practice expansion

Adding counselors changes scheduling, supervision logistics, and administrative load.

The operation behind your expertise

We don’t just manage the work. We help your team understand it.

Counseling teams need more than a collection of templates. We connect intake, payer follow-up, scheduling and onboarding with clear ownership, practical SOPs and role-specific training. Your team learns not only the next step, but why that step matters.

Why The Capri Collective

We don’t just give you the answer. We help you put it to work.

Too many practice owners spend valuable time piecing together advice, searching for templates, troubleshooting disconnected systems and building processes from scratch. Our team brings real-world healthcare operations experience. We can take agreed work off your plate, build better processes alongside you or coach your team to manage them confidently.

Our approach · The CAPRI Method

A flexible path—not a fixed package.

We meet Mental Health Counseling organizations where they are. A clear need can move directly into execution; broader uncertainty may benefit from a focused assessment. Our five stages guide the work, not a mandatory engagement sequence.

  3. 03

    Prescribe

    The Solution

We translate insights into practical recommendations and a prioritized plan tailored to your organization's needs, resources, and objectives.

    Realign

    The Infrastructure

We help align workflows, responsibilities, systems, and resources to support meaningful operational change.

Frequently asked questions

Before we begin.

Can you manage our billing?

We can discuss claims administration, denial follow-up and receivables workflows as defined functional support. Reimbursement decisions remain with payers.

Do you help with insurance credentialing?

Access360 supports enrollment and ongoing maintenance, shaped around your license, state and payer requirements.

Can you train our administrative team?

Yes. Practical training and SOP development connect client communication, scheduling, onboarding and billing handoffs.

Can you support an existing EHR?

We evaluate compatibility, available features and access before agreeing configuration or training support. No universal EHR support is implied.

Do all counselor licenses have the same payer eligibility?

No. Licensure categories, independent practice rights, and payer eligibility can differ by credential type and state. We support the operational side of enrollment; eligibility determinations belong with payers and your qualified advisors.

Can you help a solo counselor practice?

Yes. Solo practices often need the most help with credentialing, billing, and intake — the exact areas where an administrative layer makes the biggest difference.

Do you provide supervision or clinical support?

No. Clinical care, supervision, and treatment decisions remain with qualified clinical professionals. Our work is administrative and operational.

What does fractional management support look like?

It can mean an experienced operational leader helping with structure, workflow, and accountability on an agreed scope — without a full-time hire.

We do not imply that all counselor licenses have identical payer eligibility or independent practice rights. Eligibility and scope determinations remain with payers and your qualified advisors. Support is operational only.
