Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
The business behind better ABA care.
Running an ABA organization requires more than clinical expertise. Credentialing, authorizations, scheduling, staffing, billing and operational systems must work together to support consistent service delivery. The Capri Collective partners with independent BCBAs, new practice owners, growing ABA organizations and established multi-site providers to build the operational infrastructure behind their businesses.
Built by operators. For operators.

Who we support
An operational partner for your practice.
ABA startups moving from plan to first client
Center-based and in-home ABA providers
Multi-site ABA organizations navigating growth and standardization
Capri provides operational, administrative and executive support—not direct clinical treatment, supervision or clinical decision-making.
The operational challenges
Clinical expertise shouldn’t require becoming an expert in every back-office function.
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) organizations need processes that fit their providers, service patterns and administrative requirements—not another disconnected workaround.
Payer credentialing and intake bottlenecks
Enrollment delays and fragmented referral follow-up can leave service readiness unclear. We help track administrative dependencies without promising payer timelines.
Administrative turnover and disconnected systems
Team changes, manual trackers and fragmented reporting call for documented responsibilities, SOPs and consistent training.
Authorizations and reassessments
Keeping authorization periods, reauthorizations, and reassessment deadlines visible across payers and locations.
RBT workforce pressure
Recruiting, onboarding, and retaining a technician workforce while maintaining scheduling coverage.
Claims, denials, and cash flow
Connecting documentation to billing so revenue is captured and denials are worked systematically.
Scheduling utilization
Balancing clinical capacity, technician availability, and client scheduling across sites.
Multi-site consistency
Building shared workflows, reporting, and accountability as the organization expands.

Do you work with solo BCBAs?
Yes. Independent BCBAs can discuss a focused function or broader back-office support through Capri Practice Partners.
Can you manage our billing?
Revenue360 offers defined billing and revenue cycle support, as well as assessment and workflow improvement. Scope and payer responsibilities are agreed individually.
Can you help with credentialing?
Access360 supports provider and organizational enrollment, payer participation tracking and renewals. Payers determine approvals and timelines.
Can you train our administrative team?
Yes. Role-specific training, SOP development and workflow coaching can be scoped to intake, authorizations, scheduling, billing or system use.
Can we keep our existing practice-management platform?
Existing systems may be supported after evaluation of compatibility, access and scope. You do not have to change software to discuss Capri Back Office support.
Do you provide clinical supervision or BCBA services?
No. We support the business and operational side of ABA organizations. Clinical treatment, supervision, and clinical decision-making remain with your licensed clinical leadership.
Is ABA Engine software from The Capri Collective?

Yes. Support is shaped around your service model, payer mix, and location footprint — whether you operate in-home, in centers, or both.
Where do I start if I am just opening a practice?
Start with ABA Practice Startup & Launch or Capri Practice Partners. We will help you sequence planning, enrollment, staffing, and systems based on your timeline.
Support is scoped to your needs and our available capabilities. Payer participation and authorization outcomes remain subject to payer decisions. ABA Engine support does not imply an official certification, and clinical decisions remain with qualified clinical professionals.
